Hello ! I'm Leslye :) Traveling is my biggest passion. When I was little, I had a huge atlas on which I put post-it notes everywhere my father traveled for work. And I dreamed of being able to go there too one day. As soon as I started to earn my own money, the travel started. 

Traveling is a school of life. You come face to face with yourself, with others, with differences. How lucky we are to be able to get out of our little bubble to realize that in fact our reality is not THE truth. And that we can make the choice of how we want to create our life. 

I started writing a travel blog during my solo trip to Asia in 2019-2020. Covid changed my plans and I had to come home to Belgium. I lost the motivation to write, and I was quietly dreaming of being able to travel far and long again. But time flies, and I had to find a job quickly to be able to pay for my future trips. And then the covid stayed again and again. I discovered Portugal during the covid and I immediately fell in love with it. In my mind, at that moment, the choice was clear, I will live in Portugal or in Bali. So it's been almost two years that I live in this incredible country.

Last year, I experienced a burn-out. And I questioned my whole life. What to do now? I knew I wanted to travel, pursue my passion for nutrition and wellness and make an impact on others. And I re-discovered yoga which, among other things, helped me get out of that burnout in September 2022. Everything became clearer at that time. I wanted to become a yoga teacher so that I could help others, while taking care of myself. In March 2023, I did my 200h Teacher Training in India. I came back from it grown, fulfilled, confident. And motivated. Motivated to go back to traveling, writing and sharing, motivated to finish my nutritherapy studies, and pursue my path. 

This blog is focused on travel, but I would like to make it a wellness tool to take wherever we decide to go. Because taking care of ourselves has no boundaries and that we must continue to be our main priority, no matter where we are.
